Your child's happiness in coming to daycare is very rewarding to all of us. Qualifications: We are all CPR and First Aid Certified I have a degree in Arts and Science Licensed Child Care for 29+ years Philosophy: Your child's care is the utmost importance to us. We strive to provide a happy and healthy environment. The safety of your child is our first priority. We feel our child care supports the physical, social, intellectual and emotional need of your child. We want you and your child to feel comfortable in our daycare facility. Registration: Each new family needs to visit my home at least 1 time prior to enrollment. Please call in advance to schedule a visit. Deposit: Your child's position is reserved upon receipt of one week’s tuition deposit. This deposit will be applied to the first week of care. Registration Fee: I require a non-refundable registration fee of $50.00 to cover administrative costs. Tuition: Rates vary for full and part time care. We will be happy to discuss this with you at your initial intake interview Your contract will specify your child's days and hours of care. Meals & Menus: I participate in the USDA Food Program It is your responsibility to notify me of any allergies or adverse reactions your child may have with certain foods or beverages. You may be asked to bring your child’s food if your child has special dietary needs. We work closely with you on your child’s transition to solid foods when appropriate. Curriculum: Sample Daily Schedule 7:30 to 8:45 Children arriving. Free Play. 8:45 to 9:00 Clean-up. 9:00 to 10:30 Preschool ( includes calendar, weather, music, songs,name recognition, arts and crafts, and storytime 10:30 to 10:45 Clean-up. 10:45 to 11:15 Wind down time. Looking at books, songs. Varies. 11:00 to 11:15 Lunch Preparation 11:15 to 11:45 Lunch 11:30 to 12:00 Clean-up and prepare for nap 12:00 to 2:30 Rest time (Rest or Quiet time is required for all children) 2:00 to 2:30 Wake up. Put away mats and blankets,br> 2:45 to 3:00 Snack Time 3:00 to 5:00 Free Play (Outdoor, Indoor, finish preschool projects) 4:45 to 5:30 Clean-up and prepare to close daycare.
