Description:
I offer children a warm home feeling and a classroom setting. Children are grouped by age and developmental readiness.
My smaller group provides children with more one-on-one time for optimal learning and social development. My days include; teacher-directed learning, art, story time,
math, science, music, and inside and outside play.
I will help the children develop:
•Skills for respecting others, making friends and sharing.
•Positive self concept and the ability to
identify and express themselves with words.
•Language skills and basic listening abilities
through story, music, and hands-on activities for
discovery and reasoning skills.
•Large and small muscle coordination.
Hand-eye coordination.

Qualifications:
· Licensed
· 15 years experience
· Proud mother of two kids
· First Aid and CPR training
· BS in Elementary Education & Human Development
I am a Licensed Provider with First Aid and CPR training. My education includes: BS in Elementary Education and Human Development/Family Studies from Kansas State University.
I have more than 15 years experience working with children in elementary/middle school settings and I have been involved in a variety of leadership/teaching roles with the children’s
primary program at my church. I’ve enjoyed the blessing of staying at home and raising my 2 children, who are now 10 and 16.

I will provide a structured, loving environment that helps prepare children for kindergarten and enriches their growth. I also strongly believe in positive
reinforcement and encouraging creativity and individuality.
